COSTS and FEES

• Franchise Fee: $32,500 - $35,000
• Continued Royalty: 5.5% - 6%
• Total Investment: $460,500 to $642,800
• Length of Term: 10 years

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Cash Liquidity: $100,000 - $150,000

OPERATIONS  

• Time frame of store build out: 2 - 3 months 
• Number of employees needed to operate a franchise unit: 3 - 5
• Absentee ownership is allowed
• General Manager required on Multi-Unit Franchises
