From the moment you sign your Solarius Franchise Agreement - to the moment you retire - we'll be with you every step of the way. And training plays an important role in making your Solarius Spa successful.

START UP

It all begins with a strong foundation - finding the right location, administrative prep, and store opening. You'll get all the information you need from your corporate representative and in the Solarius Start-Up Manual including:  

1. Site Selection (Store Site & Location Criteria, Signage, Federal & Local Regulations)
2. Administrative Preparation (Insurance, State Workers' Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Certificates of Insurance, Notices to Franchisor, Bank Accounts)
3. Lease Signing to Opening (Selecting a General Contractor, Purchasing/Leasing, Store Design, Grand Opening)

TRAINING DAYS

Once you've found the perfect location your real training begins. Provided at Solarius Franchising home office in Albuquerque NM, you may choose up to four individuals to receive as many as 14 days of training. Topics may include:

1. Introduction (Welcome, the Concept, History, Company Mission and Values, Use & Updating of Manual)
2. Description of Services (Types of services, pricing, key elements of program success)
3. Customer Service (Customer satisfaction and your success, customer profile and expectations, customer service standards, responding to unsatisfied customers)
4. Financial Management (Insurance, Banking, Tax and Employment Forms, etc...)
5. Personal Management (Staffing, Recruiting, Hiring, Employee Training, etc...)
6. Marketing (Building the brand, Trademark, Marketing to Women, Advertising and Promotion, Media Choices, Promotions, Media Options for Mature Markets, etc...)

As your business grows, so will your expansion needs. Additional training programs may be available to assist you in preparing for each stage of your business. Our goal, give you the fundamentals for success and - be there when you need additional assistance.

OPERATIONS MANUALS AND FIELD SUPPORT

Solarius Franchising has created a set of operational manuals that describe, in detail, every major facet of your Solarius Tanning Spa. The manuals cover areas such as operations, finance, marketing, sales, business management, and employee training. In addition you will have a corporate representative available to assist you through every stage of your growth.
