Having a successful business is about relationships. For me it is the opportunity to help others achieve their goals. I spend my time reading about how to better connect with guests, ensuring their experience with us exceeds their expectations and being able to duplicate that same experience for the next person who walks in.

So how do we do that? It starts with believing in our products and services. Not only do we believe in the service we provide but in the opportunity it gives us to build a relationship. There are few businesses today that give you the time to build a relationship with each and every guest. But in an atmosphere that is genuinely inviting it's easy for guests to share their lives with you. The more they share, the more loyal they are... the more opportunity you have to build another relationship.
