5 Steps to Becoming a Franchisee

Step 1.

• Familiarize yourself with Solarius Spas unique concept.
• Read Solarius Spa's pre-qualifications.
• Contact Us for an initial Q&A session.

 Step 2.

• Fill out the required Solarius Spa Franchise Application and mail, fax or email it on the agreed upon date. 
• A Solarius Spa Development Director will be available to help answer any questions you may have during this process.

Step 3.

• Discovery Day - upon approving your application, we will schedule your Discovery Day at Solarius Spa's headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Discovery Day is usually scheduled for your convenience, falling on a Monday or a Friday allowing you time to travel.
• Presentation - during this time we request a 5 - 10 minute presentation on, "Why you believe Solarius Spa will be successful in your local area."
• UFOC Walk Through - lastly, we will walk you through Solarius Spa's Uniform Franchise Offering, providing you with a signed and dated receipt to be reviewed by your own legal counsel.

Step 4.

• Approval Committee Review - upon completing your Discovery Day, your file will be reviewed for final acceptance by Solarius Spa's Approval Committee. A decision will be made and your Development Director will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of acceptance or denial.
• Approval - once approved, your Development Director will provide you with your first assigned 'homework' allowing you to move forward on your development.
• The Fourteen Day Rule - the Federal Trade Commission requires a minimum 14 day waiting period before allowing you to sign your UFOC agreement. During this time we encourage you to completely review Solarius Spa's UFOC agreement with your legal counsel and prepare in advance any questions you may have.

Step 5.

• Receipt of Final Agreement - upon agreeing on your territory and development obligations, you will be provided with an updated UFOC with all 'blanks' completed.
• Final Trip - we request a final trip to Solarius Spa's headquarters to sign your final agreement. At this time we will review your final documents with our Compliance Officer to ensure your file is complete.
• Start-Up Begins - once all the final documents have been signed you will immediately receive your Solarius franchise documents, including your Start-Up Manual, an introduction to Solarius Spa's team of franchisee assistants, and guidelines for moving towards your build out.
